Varsity Resource
A website and a social channel that work together, one bringing students in and the other answering them.
The Challenge
Students had tools scattered across the web and nowhere central to find the resources they needed. Varsity Resource wanted a single platform students would keep coming back to, and one their own team could run without calling a developer for every change.
Growing an audience was the second half of the problem. The team needed more student inquiries, but had no time to post consistently or answer the same questions over and over.
What We Built
We built the platform end to end on Laravel: student-facing tools at the front and a custom admin panel at the back, so the team controls its own content.
After launch we took over their Facebook presence, pairing a consistent content calendar with automated Messenger replies that answer common student questions instantly.
